Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery


Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.


Return Process

All returns must be sent by mail.

A free return shipping label is included in your package. Simply use the provided label to send your item back to us.


Return Fees

  • Return shipping: Free

  • Restocking fees: None

You will not be charged any additional fees for returning your item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving the returned item

  • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Returns are only accepted for items in new condition

  • The amount of time a customer has to return a product is 30 Days
