Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 4โ€“7 business days (Monday to Saturday).


Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 5โ€“10 business days, which includes both processing and shipping time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
