Professional Irons for Sewers, Designers, Tailors, and more

Eliminate wrinkles quickly using a professional-quality steam or electric iron. Available in a variety of styles, find the perfect iron for everyone from the sewing enthusiast to industry professional. For smaller quantities of ironing, choose from a selection of standard irons. Those ironing large quantities of fabric or clothing can choose from professional gravity-fed irons and industrial steam irons. All of our professional irons offer easy ironing and a variety of features to help you leave your work with a crisp, professional finish.

Wet vs. Dry Steam

Steam produced by domestic and Gravity-Fed irons is considered “wet” steam—water enters the iron either through a built-in reservoir or a gravity feed, where the steam is generated using heat within the iron itself. For Industrial Steam Irons, steam is generated under high pressure in an external Mini-Boiler, Lowboy, or other steam system and then fed through to the iron. Steam generated in this manner is considered a “dry” steam because of the lower moisture content. It is much more powerful and concentrated, making it great for industrial uses.
